Bio Today Mixed Nut Butter: Interesting Products from Holland-based De Smaakspecialist
Bio Today is a high quality, organic food brand promoted and distributed by the Netherlands-based De Smaakspecialist and we have reviewed them earlier on Organic Market. Bio Today has an interesting range of cookies, snacks, raw organic food and some nut butters. Mixed Nut Butter from De Smaakspecialist (Brand owner: Bio Today) has no additional ingredients other than four types of nuts, peanuts, hazelnuts, cashew and almonds.
The product is having a great taste and is an interesting mix of nuts (usually not available in the market) with good ingredients. However, the price is slightly higher for just 170 g of nut butter at average end user price of Euro 3.75-4. We are well aware that distribution, packing and other costs are involved. However, De Smaakspecialist would do better if they launch a bigger version of this nut butter in an affordable price range.
Ingredients (all organic) include
Peanuts 55 %
Cashew Nuts 18%
The product is excellent in taste. Price is slightly on the higher side. But, if you want a product with high quality, organic ingredients, you need to spend some extra cash.
